Where do I go to get my chassis serviced? A RAM Promaster dealer or a Dodge dealer?

Your Travato is a RAM Promaster 3500 High Van. There is nothing “Dodge” about it.   This is true for all Travatos.

“The Ram brand was created following Chrysler’s acquisition by Italian automaker Fiat S.p.A., and the plans called for Dodge switching to an exclusively car-based lineup with all pickup and future heavy-duty trucks by Chrysler being sold under the Ram brand. This started in the 2009 calendar year.”

When you have your Travato chassis serviced you will be doing that at a RAM dealer (preferably a Ram Businesslink dealer), not a “Dodge” dealer. Actually many have found that the Dodge dealerships will say they are not authorized to work on the RAM Promaster van.
